Willie Davis

Willie Davis was born on August 31,1977 to his loving parents Linda Ann Harris and Willie B Milbrooks.

Willie received his education in various school systems in Indianapolis,Indiana and went on to obtain his GED. He also received his Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts at Indiana State University. Willie was a jack of all trades and obtained certifications in Business Management, Auto Body and Collision, Landscaping, Barbering and Bioscience.

Willie accepted Christ at an early age and was a member at Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Pastor Ennis Evans. He later became a member at Christian Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Vernon L. Davis where he continued his spiritual growth as a thriving member.

Willie was united in Marriage to Sherka Terry on January 15th, 2016.

Willie loved being around his family and friends and especially enjoyed listening to music, dancing , cooking and working on cars.

Willie was a dedicated worker and worked many jobs, a few being in the warehouse field and Auto Body shops. 

Willie was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend who will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

Willie departed his earthly life on Saturday, May 22, 2021. He was preceded in death by his daughter Tyeisha Mc Kinley, grandma Earlene Milbrooks, grandpas Pastor William Richard Davis, Author Milbrooks, great grandpa Willie Evans and great grandma Sallie Bowman.

Willie is survived by his wife Sherka Davis, father Willie B Milbrooks, mother Linda Ann Harris, children Jazmin Davis, Tijuan Davis, Tinejia Davis, brothers Marcus (India) Milbrooks, Roy Milbrooks, Drew Milbrooks, sisters Denise Davis, Tina (Steve) Starks, Victoria Milbrooks, Onyea Hackney, grandma Nellie Davis, grandson Jesse Reed, and a host of other family and friends.
