Timothy DeWayne (TJ) Morris was born July 7, 2007, in Indianapolis, IN. The son of Leslie Morris and Timothy Bowman. TJ was a resident of Indianapolis for his entire life.
Timothy (TJ) received his elementary education from IPS grades K-5, and he attended Stony Brook Middle School Warren Township for grades 6-8th. He also attended Renaissances in Warren township for 3 weeks prior to his death.
Growing up TJ played flag and tackle football where he obtained the nick name “TANK” because of his ability to run over other players. He wrestled at Jireh sports as well. His true love was basketball, and he was good at it. He made teams both at IPS and Warren Township.
On Sunday October 24th at 2:10pm TJ departed this life at the age of 14. TJ will always be remembered for his smile, his ability to joke, his athletic abilities and his sense of fashion; he knew how to dress. More than anything TJ will always be remembered for sucking his thumb and he loved it.
