Samantha Butler

Samantha Lee Butler, daughter of Frances Butler and late Robert Parker and second mother of Minnie Sanders. Samantha was born on March 30,1971 in Chicago, Illinois. Samantha loved her children, grandchildren, family, music, dancing and friends. On Wednesday April 6,2022, Samantha was unexpectedly taken away from us at the age of 51. Samantha was a member of Northside New Era Church. Samantha is preceded in death by Frances Butler (mother), Robert Parker (father), James Butler (son), Vicshawn Butler (son), Anthony Williams Jr. (grandson), Alvin Williams (grandson), Alvin Butler (nephew), Anthony Harmon Jr. (nephew), Antonio Garrett (nephew), and Olver Johnson (uncle). Samantha will be truly missed by her siblings; Shawn Butler, Machelle Butler-Markey (Brent Markey), Anvictor Butler, Melinda Williams, Tenisha Butler, Toni Willis, Adrian Johnson, William Johnson (Tammy Johnson) and Imari Butler, and (godmother) Deborah Spikes. Samantha’s children will miss her dearly; Iesha Williams (Anthony Williams), Melinda Terrell, Pierre Terrell, Joseph Butler, Noresica Butler, Daniella Carter, and Marquitas Lisenby (goddaughter).
