Monolito Miguel Ford was born on November 20, 1972 in Indianapolis Indiana. Monolito, the only child of Eddie Lee Stringer and Kimery J Ford Hutcherson.
Monolito graduated from Indianapolis Public School Manuel High School on June 4, 1992. “Mono” attended college on a four year athletic scholarship to Florida State University. He had a passion for basketball where he had many accomplishments such as winning tournaments, receiving trophies, state to state basketball events, metals and plagues. He loved spending time with his children, and visiting his family. “Mono” was a loving kind man who had the passion for cars, exercising, music, fishing and playing chess. For many years Mono paved asphalt with Central Paving Inc., last employed with Greenscape Landscaping Services.
Monolito accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at Barrington Church of Christ. Monolito touched everyone with smiles and generous and out going personality.
Monolito Miguel Ford departed this life on May 14, 2021, he proceeds in death with his Mother Kimery J. Ford Hutcherson and Father Eddie Lee Stringer. Ford III, Matthew Wills Jr, and (nephews) Marcel Wills, Braxton Ford, cousins: Gerald Ford Jr. and Gerald Harris. Monolito M. Ford leaves to cherish his children: DeMarkis Clark, George Lipscomb, Monae Ford, and Jaylen Ford. Aunts: Beverly Wells, Theresa Prim, Belinda Harvey, Shannon (Spencer) Wright, Tonya (Larry) Spivey, Mysha (Brian) Page, Mika (Darryl) Miller, Kendra Ford, Debra McKenzie, and Crystal Davis. Uncles: Gerald Ford, Lionel Ford and Tony Stringer. Long time companion Kimberly Mack, and Host of cousins, family and friends.
