Lorenzo Carlos Rogers “Renny” “Blue” was born December 1st, 1959 in South Bend, IN to Jewel and Helen Rogers.

Lorenzo was employed for many years at “South Bend Plastics”, “Faurecia Exhaust Systems” and “Allied Products Corporation.”

Lorenzo “Renny Rogers” passed away at the age of 63 years old the evening of Thursday, May 11, 2023 at home in Mishawaka Indiana. He is survived by his fiance Michelle Newbill, his children Ebony (Arsenio) Smith, Janel, Lorenzo Jr., and Michael all of South Bend In. Three sisters, Sharon (Martin) Rogers-Kidd, Sherry Rogers, and Jewel Rogers all of South Bend, In. One brother Gregory Rogers of Rochester, NY. And three bonus brothers Mason Murphy, Bobby Newbill and Paul Hardrict. Along with a host of other relatives and friends.

He is also survived by a host of grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Lexus, Precious, Jariyah, Alonce, Diamond, Arvion, and Armond. One great-grandson Shyron Wilson Jr. Nieces Nikia, and Angela of Indianapolis and nephews Roderick and Donald Jr.

Preceding him in death were both parents Jewel and Helen Rogers, two brothers Jerome and Donald Sr., grandson Arsenio Jr., and best friends Michael Murphy and Memphis Taylor.
