Lawanda Walker

LaWanda Kay Walker was born January 26, 1970 to proud parents, Gladys Randall and Wilford Walker in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was educated in the Indianapolis School System. She and her twin and would switch classes and go to the others classroom, because the teachers couldn't tell them apart 

LaWanda was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. She had a true heart for helping others, giving to those in need. She loved her family and lived a life dedicated to them. LaWanda loved going to the casino, she loved working and she loved to look good and to have fun. January 26, 1970 was a special day when the twins were born identical to a tee.. Mess with one that's all it took now look out you might be shook. There's no telling what might be found.. Mess with one... you're going down. 

LaWanda Kay Walker leaves to cherish her precious memories: father, Wilford Walker; her children father, Terry Pool: daughter, Terri LeNae Pool; sons, Tyrell Pool and Tyrone Walker, sisters, Carolyn(Stephen) Gamble, Shirley Walker and her twin Shawanda Fay Walker; brothers, Kenneth Walker, Johnny Walker and Antonio Walker; Nine grandchildren; four aunts, one uncle and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. 

LaWanda loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was a member of Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church. LaWanda will be greatly missed by all who was fortunate to know her. She departed this life for her heavenly home on Sunday July 25, 2021 at the age of 51 years. She was preceded in death by her mother Gladys Randall, sister Gloria "Niecy" Stone and brothers Daniel "Danny" Walker and Will Walker.
