Laura Mae (Walton) Clement

LAURA MAE CLEMENT(WALTON), 74, Marion, went to be with the Lord at 1:32pm on February 26, 2023. Laura was born in Tupelo, Mississippi, on July 8, 1948, to the late John Walton and Zeola Meadows. 
In 1979, Laura married Richard Clement who preceded her in death. Laura attended a community College in Tupelo, MS. After moving to Indiana, she was employed at General Motors. Throughout her employment she also sold Mary Kay and Aloe Vera. 
Laura also owned and operated her own salon, Crystal's Hair Care and Nail Salon. She patronized other salons in the community.  You would never see Laura without her hair and nails looking exceptional.  Laura was very passionate about music, she loved to sing. Laura also went on to produce a record. Laura was also employed at Dana Corporation.  
Survivors include her children, Sean Warren, Christopher Warren and Mia Burney, all of Peru. Mario Clement and Crystal Clement, both of Marion. A sister, Bessie Walton, Peru. Sister-in-Laws Gail Miner, Daisy Jones, both of Urbana, Illinois. A host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 
Also preceding her in death were her daughter, Ericka Clement, brother John Walton Jr., and Brother-in-Law Jerry Miner.
