Keontae Walls

Keontae “Keon” Leonard was born August 2, 2003, to Sidney Leonard and Tamika Walls. He departed this life on September 11, 2023, at the age of 20.

Keon accepted Christ at an early age attending Disciples Church of Christ. Keon attended Indiana Math and Science Academy. He loved basketball and wrestling. He also loved playing video games. Wrestling was his favorite of all. Keon enjoyed cooking and spending time with his brothers and cousins. His younger brothers and cousins looked up to him, he was a leader to them all. He also enjoyed listening to and writing music. 

Keon worked with his older cousin Montez “Ace” Williams doing landscaping and mowing lawns at The Ace Project. He was also employed at UPS and All My Sons moving company, he enjoyed working. He is preceded in death by his grandmothers Connie Davis-Morgan and Linda Singler, also by his Aunt Dionna Townsend. 

He leaves to cherish his memory, his father Sidney Leonard, mother Tamika Walls, brothers; Tyree Montgomery, Damorion Walker, Kamori Walls, and Quincy Wiggens, sisters; Jasmine Leonard and Olga Mendoza. A special cousin/brother, Jordan James. Lastly, Keon leaves behind a host of Aunties, Uncles, Cousins, close friends, and other family.
