In Indianapolis, Indiana on September 7,2021.
Isaac was a resident of Kokomo, Indiana. He attended 
Kokomo High School and Graduated Class of 1982.
He worked for Eriks Chevrolet and the Kokomo Parks Department. 
Isaac was a member of Moville GroundShakers for 25 years.
He was a Vice President when he retired. 
Isaac was preceded in death by his wife Peggy A. Barbary-Reed
June 29,2018. His Parents, (Mother) Glenda N. Borden, (Father),
Lamar Thomas, and his sister, Carla E. Moore. 
Isaac is survived by his son, Isaac Lamar Perkins and his Grandchildren, His brothers, Harold Moore and Shawn Borden, Uncle Robert Reed, and Aunt Natalie Williams. Also a host of Nephews, Nieces, Cousins, family and friends.
