Harvey Lenoir, Jr. was born in Madison, Illinois to Harvey Lenoir and Shontay Lenoir on April 28, 1994.

"Luh Pokey” as he was lovingly known by family and close friends, received his education at Kokomo Township Schools. He was a graduate of Kokomo High School.

Harvey later attended and graduated college at Vincennes University taking up Fire Science. After college, Harvey joined the U.S. Army in 2016. He worked numerous jobs. Harvey loved spending time with his family and close friends, He was very protective of family and those he loved.

Harvey was a people person and conversationalist. He loved playing football and baseball for the schools and outside and running track. Harvey received several trophies. Harvey was a big idol in people's lives. He was an outgoing, funny, loving person who could light up the room as soon as he walked in it. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for people. Harvey loved Popeye's chicken. It was one of his favorite places to eat. He loved their wings and fries. Harvey was known for always living his best life. He had so many talents, cooking, drawing, and motivational speaking to friends and family.

Harvey Lenoir, Jr. departed this life on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at the age of 27.

Harvey was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Linda Jean Lenoir and Rosie Lee Smith and grandfather, Edward Morgan, and great-grandparents, Sam and Ernestine Dixon.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his father and mother, his children, Bentley, Deandre and Brahan Lenoir and adopted children, Aubrie Luckey and Kameron Luckey, all of Kokomo, Indiana. His sisters, Shontavia Lenoir (Kokomo, Indiana) and Kristina Dansberry (East St. Louis, IL), and his brothers, Laijuan Lenoir (New York) and Demontez Lenoir (Kokomo, Indiana); godsisters, Andrea and Nichole of Kokomo and DeJeanna of Indianapolis and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, friends, and family, etc.
