Debra Burnett

Debra Burnett known as Debbie, was born on January 16,1959 to the late Deloris (Burnett) Brownlow and Charles Warfield Sr. in Fort Wayne Indiana. Debbie accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at True Love Baptist Church and a longtime member at Greater Mount Arat Baptist Church under Pastor Ernest Starks.

She did not get far in school due to becoming a mom at a young age. She worked doing General Labor throughout her years before she was no longer able to work. Family and friends enjoyed her sense of humor, her loving heart, and her truthfulness. She touched so many lives! 

Debbie leaves to cherish her children/grandchildren:  Takisha Burnett (her children Von and Zyah), Carl Burnett (his children AJ, Amyia, Kylah, Natorian, and Jonterius), Antione Burnett (his child Antione Jr.).

She was preceded in death with a brother Roger Warfield and Sisters Connie Warfield and Audrey Trice Cousin/Sisters Thelma Pierce and Kathy Burnett and a Special Auntie/mother Ethel (Goodness) Pierce. Lifelong Friend Ernie Rencher. Special thanks to our extended family Vicki and Gabe Himes you are truly appreciated.

She loved her family dearly and always had love for whoever was around and with her heart of gold she played a role in many families and friends lives and to know her was a blessing. Debbie will truly be missed as a Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister, companion and a true friend!  Her favorite line “ 

tell them I send my love”. We needed her here, but God needed her more and may her soul Rest in Peace.
