Carlos L. Starks

Carlos Lamont Starks was born on December 12,1986 and he left us on October 6, 2021. He was survived by his mother, Melissa Flagg; brother, Clarence Gilson; sister, Clarissa Flagg and his children he truly cherished. He was preceded in death by his "furry" friend, Simba.

Carlos was a driven young man who had a job at 13, where he mentored his peers in his own community. He later furthered his knowledge and skills by going to Technical College as a Electrician and mechanic. His skills were extraordinary and unmatched. He made sure to fix any problem you had and no matter the circumstances, he made it happen.

Carlos gave his life to Christ and was baptized at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church under the present leadership of Rev. B.E. Houser.  Carlos was very spiritual, and the universe was his. He led by, "Be thou not proud, OH MAN! In thy wisdom; discourse with the ignorant, as well as the wise." Knowledge is regarded by the fool as ignorance, and the things that are profitable are to him hurtful; he liveth in death, it is therefore his food".

Whenever you saw Carlos he always had a smile and a helping hand. To say Carlos will be missed is an understatement.  He is still living in spirit and in our hearts. Carlos gained his wings by the mighty power of the ArchAngel Michael. His presence is instilled in his daughters: Carmen (15), Camile (14), Chloe (4), Cali (1) and his son's: Carlos (12), Cameron (11) Jayden (10) Cadrean (10). Carlos leaves a host of family and friends.
