Brian Anthony Massie age 48. Born 09 October 1973 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Richard L. Massie and Sheryl Y Miles. He departed this earthly life on 26 November 2021. At an early age, Brian accepted Christ into his life. We would have our daily bible studies reading scripture discussing the meaning of what was read and praying. The Bible says “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.-Proverb’s 22:6.”
Brian attended Pike Schools from elementary to high school graduating in 1992.He was on the football and wrestling teams which he was dedicated to both sports , but really liked wrestling matches. He achieved several certificates in wrestling. He furthered his education at ITT Tech in the Heating and Air Program. This started the foundation for the rest of his life, mastering his skills as a HVAC tech and also learning and broadening skills to do all general maintenance in businesses, apartments and homes. He started his own business named “Best Maintenance Around”, which this opened many doors of opportunity to meet various people in different degrees of the “Corporate Ladder” so to say. Brian worked relentlessly to achieve a goal he set forth for himself.
Brian was a “social butterfly” with a big personality meeting no strangers; he embraced who he came in contact with. Brian’s smile, laughter, jokes (not funny) and conversation will be greatly missed. Brian enjoyed fishing, comedy shows, watching football (an Honorary fan of the Chicago Bears) an was fishing and playing cards and dominoes every Friday with his BFFs (Duke, Shawn and Markus) at the exclusive ‘Snooty Fox.’ He also liked spending quality time with his great nieces and nephew’s.
